• Your ordered plants/products will be delivered through Professional Courier.
• Dispatch Time: 8–10 working days
• Delivery Time After Dispatch: 2–3 days
• In some areas, you may need to collect from the courier office.
• Plants will be packed with reduced soil in a closed box for safety.
• Before placing an order, please confirm home delivery availability of Professional Courier in your area.
• If the parcel is not received within 2 days after dispatch, contact us on WhatsApp: +91 9789415082
• Replacement Policy:
  • If the product is damaged on delivery, a clear video while opening the parcel is mandatory for replacement.

Tamil:

• நீங்கள் ஆர்டர் செய்த செடிகள் Professional Courier மூலம் டெலிவரி செய்யப்படும்.
• அனுப்புதல் நேரம்: 8–10 வேலை நாட்கள்
• அனுப்பிய 2–3 நாட்களில் செடிகள் கிடைக்கும்.
• சில பகுதிகளில் நீங்களே சென்று பார்சலை எடுத்து வர வேண்டும்.

• மாற்று கொள்கை (Replacement Policy):
  • செடி உடைந்திருந்தால், பார்சல் திறக்கும் போது எடுக்கப்பட்ட தெளிவான வீடியோ கட்டாயம். வீடியோ இல்லாமல் மாற்றம் வழங்க முடியாது.

2️⃣ MSS Parcel Service (Mettur Transport Service)

• Before payment, please check the availability of MSS service near you.
• This is not a home delivery service — you must collect from MSS parcel office.
• Plants will be shipped in open-box packing.
• Only packing charges collected while ordering.
• Parcel charges to be paid at parcel office during collection.
• Dispatch Time: 7–10 working days
• Dispatch updates will be shared via WhatsApp.
• Replacement Policy:
  • For damaged products, a parcel opening video is must for replacement consideration.
